What Finders Weekly is
Finders Weekly ("we", "us") is a weekly email digest and web index of publicly-listed estate sales in mid-Michigan (expanding). We aggregate listings from major listing platforms, EstateSales.org, EstateSale.com, and national franchise operators like Caring Transitions. We are not affiliated with any of them. We are a reference layer — like Kayak for flights or Zillow for houses.
What Finders Weekly is not
- We are not an estate sale company. We do not run sales.
- We do not take custody of inventory or money.
- We do not verify, appraise, or warrant any item at any listed sale.
- We are not a party to any transaction between you and an operator.
Your account
You can subscribe by giving us your email and ZIP. You can unsubscribe any time with the link in every email. You are responsible for the accuracy of the info you give us. Don't create fake signups or share someone else's email without their permission.
Acceptable use
- Don't scrape, crawl, or systematically copy the website or the digest without written permission.
- Don't resell or repackage our content without written permission.
- Don't use the service to harass operators or shoppers.
- Don't attempt to break, overload, or exploit the service.
Third-party sales
Every sale in our digest links to the original operator's listing. Disputes about pickup times, item condition, payment, cancellations, or anything else about the sale itself are between you and the operator. We are a pointer, not a guarantor.
Paid tier (Keeper)
If you subscribe to Keeper ($5/mo), you can cancel any time through the account page or by emailing us. Refunds are issued at our discretion, case-by-case. We don't auto-renew without notice.
Intellectual property
The Finders Weekly name, logo, digest layout, and original written content belong to Finders Weekly. Sale listings and item photos are the property of the respective operators and are aggregated under fair-use / public-display principles. If you are an operator and want your listing removed, email operators@findersweekly.com and we will honor the request within 72 hours.
Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is." We don't warrant accuracy, completeness, or availability of any particular listing. Sales move, get cancelled, change hours — we do our best to keep the digest current, but we are not liable if a sale has changed between when we sent the email and when you arrived.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Finders Weekly is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability in any matter is capped at the greater of $50 or the amount you paid us in the preceding 12 months.
Changes
We can update these terms. Material changes will be emailed to subscribers before they take effect.
Governing law
Michigan, United States. Any dispute that cannot be resolved by email goes to the state or federal courts located in Ingham County, Michigan.
